She reached fifty in 35 balls - her swiftest at the global tournament - and her ton in 84 deliveries while she attacked short-pitched balls, hitting 21 fours and three sixes.
By the time she was out the team required another 66 at run per delivery - an achievable target now needing a comfortable finish.
"Chasing 330 runs is unfamiliar ground so I'm happy we have the assurance to do that now," added Healy.
"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if we do, we are confident we can succeed."
That comment will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this championship need to hear.
In recent days a belief they will win from any position has only strengthened - this triumph following victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite sitting at 76-7 at one stage.
Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before a meeting with traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final berth may likely be confirmed.
During that phase they exited the prior year's T20 World Cup in a shock defeat by South Africa - a game Healy was absent due to damaged tissue in her foot as she guided Australia for the first time at an important competition.
